About Us
The owners of Dog Paws Pet Care are also the founders of the Kenosha Dog PAWS Organization (Pooches Off-Leash Across Wisconsin), a nonprofit organization promoting and organizing off-leash dog areas within Wisconsin communities. The organization also educates the community about the importance of off-leash exercise for dogs, and socialization opportunities gained for both dogs and humans in recreational dog areas/parks.
As a volunteer for the Wisconsin German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue Inc., we provide foster homes for dogs taken in the rescue until they are placed in their forever home. Many of the dogs that come into the rescue come from some very devastating situations.
As a result of seeing so many dogs homeless, our pet care service was created.
Our goal behind Dog Paws Pet Care is to keep dogs in their homes for a lifetime by providing services for dogs that give them the necessary exercise elevating: stress, boredom, anxiety, and pent up energy, which is the root cause of many behavioral and anxiety issues. Dog Paws also provides services that make the lives easier of working and busy families, so that they can come home to content and happy pets at the end of the day.
